About Cupertino News.
An independent publication about Apple: its products, its people and its history.
What this site is
Cupertino News is a fan-run reference and news site. It collects every iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple Vision, AirPods and Home product in one place, with specifications, launch prices, release dates and side-by-side comparison tables, and pairs them with news coverage, a leadership directory, a company timeline and a community forum.
Independence
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro, AirPods and related names are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here only to identify the products being discussed.
Where the data comes from
Specifications and dates are compiled from public sources and checked by hand, but errors happen, and unannounced products are marked as rumored. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
Photographs
Product photos are free-licensed images (Creative Commons or public domain) taken from Wikimedia Commons. The author and licence are credited on each product page. Where no free photo exists we show a generated illustration instead.
Community
Join the forum to discuss rumors, share setups and ask for buying advice. Please keep it friendly.
