Apple has reported results for its fiscal third quarter, which ended on June 27, 2026. Revenue came in at $109.4 billion, a 16 percent increase compared with the same quarter a year earlier.
Diluted earnings per share reached $2.02, up 29 percent year over year. Apple said both the gross margin of 50.1 percent and the per-share figure were helped by refunds related to tariffs, which contributed roughly two percentage points to margin and eleven cents to earnings per share.
According to the company, iPhone, Mac and Services each set a revenue record for a June quarter and each grew by double digits. Revenue also rose by double digits in every one of Apple's geographic segments, and operating cash flow was a June-quarter record. Apple added that its installed base of active devices reached a new high.
Tim Cook described it as the company's strongest June quarter ever. The results came shortly before he handed the chief executive role to John Ternus on September 1.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, payable on August 13 to shareholders of record as of August 10. Apple's press release did not break out dollar figures for individual product categories, so detailed segment numbers are best found in the company's filings.
