iPhone Duo
Apple's first foldable, a 7.6-inch screen that closes to passport size.
Overview
The iPhone Duo is Apple's first foldable and its widest phone. Opened, it has a 7.6-inch ProMotion OLED with a nano-texture finish that cuts reflections, and it measures just 5.2 millimeters thick, the thinnest iPhone to date. Closed, it is about passport sized with a 5.4-inch outer display for ordinary phone use.
A titanium frame, a 3D-printed titanium hinge cover and a Ceramic Shield front protect it, and it is rated IP68. The A20 Pro chip powers two screens, two batteries and a camera system with a 48MP Fusion main camera and 48MP ultra wide. An outer Center Stage camera and an under-display camera on the inner screen handle video calls.
There is no Face ID; a Touch ID sensor sits in the side button. It is the first iPhone to support Apple Pencil, and iOS 27 adds side-by-side apps and modes for propping it half-folded on a table. Battery life reaches 44 hours of video on the outer screen. Preorders begin on 16 October with sales starting on 23 October.
