Apple's latest Mac and iPad hardware reaches customers today. Five products that opened for pre-order last week go on sale on Friday, November 6, according to MacRumors, which tallied the lineup.
The list is led by the first touchscreen MacBook Pro models: a 14-inch and a 16-inch version with an OLED display. Alongside them are a 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M6 chip, a 24-inch iMac with M6, and an iPad mini with an OLED display and the A20 Pro chip.
Pricing
According to MacRumors, the iPad mini starts at $699 and the iMac at $1,499. The M6 MacBook Pro starts at $1,999. The touchscreen OLED MacBook Pro begins at $2,899 for the 14-inch model and $3,399 for the 16-inch model.
Availability
Apple opened pre-orders on October 28, and MacRumors says shipping estimates mostly point to delivery on launch day. The exception is the entry 14-inch touchscreen MacBook Pro: the Space Black finish was listed at three to four weeks, while Silver was listed at seven to ten business days.
Why it matters
The release brings together several of Apple's recent announcements. The iMac with M6 was introduced in an Apple newsroom post, and the OLED MacBook Pro marks Apple's first touchscreen laptop in the Mac line. The iPad mini's move to OLED continues the display shift across Apple's portable lineup.
Apple has previously said that memory costs are putting pressure on Mac and iPad supply, so stock of some configurations may vary in the coming weeks. Buyers choosing a specific finish or configuration should check delivery estimates on Apple's online store or in-store pickup availability.
Early reviews of the touchscreen MacBook Pro have already appeared, with reviewers praising the new display. Customers who ordered in the first wave should start seeing deliveries and store availability from today.
